Club Event Planning Form

The Club Event Planning Form is the first step for planning any club event. It begins the approval process.

Submit the form at least 2 weeks prior to event; 4 weeks preferred.
- We know last minute opportunities can arise. If this event is less than two weeks out, please submit the form and talk with Krista in the Student Leadership Center right away.
Wait for confirmation email response from Student Life before proceeding.
- Because approval may be needed from other college departments, this can sometimes take 2 or more weeks.
Student Life will guide you through your next steps and other necessary forms, if required.
